We support you to build the skills needed to manage your plan more independently in the future. No one Support Coordinator in our Team works in isolation. Instead they were as aggregates in a collective team which also means much less downtime when your assigned Support Coordinator is away on leave.
We’re here to help you navigate unexpected situations and changes to your support needs. We have a dedicated senior team comprising of a Senior Manager and an Associate Director within this Team who engage directly with complex and needs cases with the NDIS as required.
This scaled leadership format ensures that our Support Coordination Team members have the knowledge and understanding and skills that a transferred to them through the leadership team.
